is a music, arts, entertainment & events management, consultancy & production company.

Director & co-founder Leesa Tilley, as Country Manager & Promoter Representative, launched & ran the first four years of the highly successful Raggamuffin Music Festival. She has promoted & presented shows, working with many high profile names in entertainment, including;  Fleetwood Mac, The Who, Bryan Ferry, Joan Armatrading, David Byrne, Crosby Stills Nash, Jackson Browne, Simple Minds, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, The Beach Boys, Motorhead, Def Leppard, Backstreet Boys, Slash, Mick Fleetwood Blues Band, Boz Scaggs, Whitney Houston, Michael McDonald, Glen Campbell, Ice Cube, Boyz II Men, Kci & Jojo, The Game, Sly & Robbie, UB40, Lauren Hill, Julian Marley, Ziggy Marley, Inner Circle, Eddy Grant, Arrested Development, Sean Kingston, The Wailers, Billy Ocean, Bobby Brown, Third World, Tommy Lee, The Crystal Method, Dirty Three & Chris Brown.

She has held roles as the Director of Matariki ki Waikato, Director of WOMAD, Manager of Ellen Melville Centre and is currently the Director of the Pasifika Festival.

As one half of Ray Columbus Organization - with Ray Columbus OBE (RIP) - the team managed Zed, Annie Crummer, 4Eulogi, Tim Beveridge, & Agentx currently looks after Sisters Underground.

In film & television Agentx has collaborated with Doc Edge Film Festival, Auckland Festival of Photography, plus indie NZ films & documentaries such as 3 Mile Limit, NZ Idol & Kiwi Women in Rock.
